I have had a lot of fun reviewing movies lately but I thought I could try my hand at a fashion review as well. I love to watch the award shows - but I must admit, I mostly watch for the dresses.
I must say - the 2014 Golden Globes was very underwhelming. No one really blew me away. There were some gorgeous dresses - but nothing gave me that "WOW!" that I was waiting for.
So, in reverse order...here is my top 5 worst dressed:

| Berenice Bejo Wearing Giambattista Valli This was just too much for me. The rose detailing on the hips and shoulders added to her frame in an unflattering way. Also, I thought the top part of the gown looked more like a wrinkled dress shirt . |

| Emma Thompson Wearing Lanvin Too tight!! The hair-do is not helping but the tightness of her skirt is just awkward! She can do so much better. |

| Sandra Bullock Wearing Prabal Gurung Now...don't get me wrong. I love Sandra Bullock! And, she has been killing it lately on her Gravity tour. This however, is not good. The pink and blue color blocks just do not work with this dress...at all. But, her hair and make-up are flawless! |

| Paula Patton Wearing Stephane Rolland Couture Just no. The white "thing" growing out of her shoulder is just too too much. It's WAY too big and just too tissue looking to be glamorous. |

| Catilin Fitzgerald Wearing Emelia Wickstead This is just bad. The shoes are at least interesting but I still don't like them. The skirt bells out weirdly and the high neck on the top is aging. The hair is quite fried looking as well. She definitely needs a do-over. |

Just as an after-thought just in case you thought I had missed out big time by not including Sofia Vergara on the best dressed list. Yes - she looks gorgeous. Yes - the dress fits her perfectly. Yes - she looks almost exactly the same as every other red carpet event.
