Shaded Gray Daybook ~ September 18, 2008

Outside my Window … A beautiful summer/fall day. It is 81 degrees - absolutely gorgeous.

I am thinking … That some people get sooooo bent out of shape about the whole "politics" thing it just makes me crazy!!! I am all for holding fast to your beliefs and political views - but there is no reason to be hateful about it.

I am thankful for … My job. Some people here are taking advantage of things and it really irritates me - they are so good to us here - so much so that it's easy to overlook the stuff that isn't so great.

From the kitchen … I believe chicken is on the menu for tonight. I think Terrance is grilling and we're making salad out of it.

I am going … To pull my hair out if AT&T doesn't start sending me the bills!!!

I am wearing … Blue knit capri pants, blue shirt and matching jacket.

I am reading … Return To Summerhouse by Jude Deveraux and I am almost done with it. I don't like it as much as the first one so far. I have also started Less Than Dead by Tim Downs. I have only read the first chapter so far - but it looks good.

I am hoping... For a tantrum - free evening. Last night's was a whopper.

I am hearing … Various people talking on the phone - fairly quiet.

Around the house … Need to put some more water in the fish tank - getting pretty low.

One of my favorite things … The treadmill that Terrance fixed so I can walk without getting shin splints. Yeah!!

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week … Myles is getting his hair cut on Saturday in preparation for his 4 year pic being taken this weekend. I need to find him something cute to wear too - shopping!!

Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you… This is Mr. Myles' Easter pic...if his new one is anywhere as good as this one...it will be fabulous!!!
